The
house is located on a slight point at the site well chosen, in the 1900s,
by Dr. Brown, after whom Brown’s Beach is named. While the original
house no longer stands, some of the early foundations can still be seen.
The house has sliding glass doors on two sides to take advantage of the
180 degree sea views. There are three bedrooms, sleeping six. It has a
modern bathroom and a fully equipped electric kitchen also with a stunning
view to the sea.
The main bedroom looks directly out to sea and the other bedrooms have
bushland views with the sea as a backdrop.
The house is furnished and decorated simply but very comfortably in the
modern style.
Appointments

In
winter watch the drama of the wild weather and surf, beside the warmth
